The UgenTec headquarters are located in Hasselt at the Corda Campus, where a diverse team of 80 people is bringing our SaaS software suite to the global market.

**Your team**

You lead the FastFinder product team into further growth, building out a next-generation SaaS for molecular lab workflow and data analysis management.

**What you'll do**
- You’ll define and drive the Workflow product roadmap by understanding market dynamics, understanding molecular workflows and having deep insights into customer challenges.
- You drive product design with our design team, including solutioning across new customer use case and wireframing high-level concepts
- You’ll partner with the Engineering team to own your Product Area and cultivate impact and performance.
- You’ll partner with the Sales team to collaborate on enterprise and strategic accounts, understanding and driving key deals by understanding and filling unmet customer needs.
- You’ll work closely with product marketing, product solutioning and across the organization to make sure that the work and the platform itself supports the company’s short
- and long-term goals.
- You’ll define and own strategic product goals, roadmaps, you supervise progress and measure impact across your product vertical.
- You show intelligence and grasp complex fields easily, understand the nuances of a complex SaaS product.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- You bring relentless enthusiasm to the table.
- You are enthusiastic about:

- the product that is (customer problems today)
- the product that is becoming (interface with product owners & ensure we build things correctly)
- the product that could be (collaborate with sales & implementation teams to understand new needs).
- You are a t-shaped profile, bringing (at least some) experience across solutioning, product, engineering. Experience in molecular diagnostics, lab automation or clinical diagnostics in general is considered a great plus.
- You understand how to organize product roadmaps, in a multi-product & global environment.
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, presenting roadmaps, concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on context.
- You have experience in building software in complex spaces that serve a scientific audience & entail complex delivery/ implementation.
