Join our Talent Management team in Brussels

**Your role**:
As a Talent Management intern your main responsibilities are the following:
Participate in the onboarding of new colleagues

Participate in People initiatives to increase employee engagement

Support implementation and development of trainings for our employees in Benelux & France (contact external providers, design communications, recognize training needs)

Be responsible of the organization of training sessions (communications, keeping a track of participants, logistics management)

Deliver internal workshops

Overall, participate proactively in all People initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects
**Requirements**:
We are looking for

You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.

You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

You have a strong interest in Talent Development.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Capacity to multi-task and be flexible

Ability to work as part of a team

Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take the initiative

Hands-on, operational, able to think out of the box and be creative

You are able to provide us with a University Agreement

Experience using blog tools or publishing platform such as Wordpress & similar is a plus
