How can you contribute?_**

**In the role, you will join our ComLIMS-OFFER (CLO) Application Team to identify and analyze** the business needs of Eurofins' laboratories related to the management of offers (i.e. their portfolio of tests/analyses), and to propose cost-effective solutions to support those requirements. **Your goal is to improve the CLO Application to support more efficient and cost-effective offer configuration and maintenance processes.**

You will sit between the business (Eurofins laboratories) and the CLO SCRUM teams to: document solutions, check the adequacy of those solutions with the business needs, assist in solutions design, follow-up with SCRUM teams on the development of the solutions, manage user documentation, organize user training, etc.

As a **Scientific Business Analyst** within our ComLIMS Program, you will:

- Write clear and well-structured high-level specifications for new functionalities/projects, including mock-ups, process flows and align with key stakeholders on design proposals;
- Collaborate with Functional Analysts to successfully deliver complex projects;
- Coach other Business or Functional Analysts with the purpose of sharing knowledge, best practices and expertise;
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions on new features made available to end-users;
- Manage end-user documentation on a high-quality level: online help, customer forum, business process documentation, best practices, etc.;

**Qualifications**:

Are you our kind of extraordinary?_**
- Master Degree in Engineering or Science (preferably: Chemistry, Biology or Bio-Engineering);
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience is required;
- Experience with business and process analysis is highly desirable;
- Familiarity within a laboratory environment is a strong advantage;
- First experience with any of the below is a **plus**, but not required:

- UML, Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA), SCRUM or SQL
- Excellent critical thinking, detail-orientated and customer relationship management skills;
- Fluent English communication skills (written/oral) required. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
