**De Stroomlijn is het aanspreekpunt voor mensen die vragen hebben over de service van FARYS, De Watergroep en Fluvius. Meer bepaald over hun gas-, water
- of elektriciteitsaansluiting en de dienstverlening die daarbij hoort. Daarnaast is De Stroomlijn ook verantwoordelijk voor de “Fluvius ICT Servicedesk”.**:
Wat ga je precies doen als first line supportmedewerker voor Fluvius ICT Servicedesk? De ICT Servicedesk garandeert de dagelijkse ondersteuning aan onze eindgebruikers op al hun professionele locaties. Samen met 30 collega’s sta je dus in voor de ondersteuning van het volledige Fluvius ICT-landschap. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van incidenten die zich stellen alsook voor het aanbieden van dienstverlening zoals software-installaties, gebruikersbeheer enzovoort. Als ICT Servicedesk medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de eindgebruiker. Je ziet erop toe dat alle Fluvius medewerkers optimaal kunnen beschikken over betrouwbare ICT-systemen.

**Takenpakket**:

- Analyseren, registreren, en oplossen van incidenten.
- Incidenten snel en efficiënt oplossen aan de hand van de beschikbare procedures.
- Instaan voor de goede opvolging van bestaande incidenten.
- Installatie van software en gebruikersbeheer.
- Garanderen van een hoge beschikbaarheid.

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een ICT-opleiding op zak of kan relevante ervaring voorleggen.
- Als first line supportmedewerker leer je snel bij en een breed scala aan applicaties en tools schrikt je niet af.
- Perfecte mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands en stressbestendigheid zijn een van je grootste troeven. Je kan deze vlot toepassen zonder hiervoor te moeten inboeten op je klantenservice en je oplossingsgerichtheid.
- De nodige dosis parate kennis en logisch redeneervermogen zijn bij jou aanwezig terwijl je ook de bestaande procedures kan volgen.
- Je beschikt over een stevige basiskennis Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange en netwerken.

- Je gaat voornamelijk werken in een dagregime met af en toe een vroege shift (06.00-14.00 uur) in een boeiende en technisch uitdagende functie binnen een dynamische, zelfsturende omgeving.
