**Full Job Description**
We are **Jimmy Fairly**, the independent French eyewear brand, founded in 2010 The brand was born from this idea: ʻʻWhy aren’t spectacles that are accessible both beautiful and of high quality? Why can’t buying glasses be fun and inspiring?” Since then, we create accessible high-quality eyewear whilst having a positive social impact.

Today we have opened more than 90 stores across France & UK.

**The Role**
**An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are looking for our new Store Manager to be in charge of our new store opening soon**
All of our stores are designed to be more than just a sterile optician, but an intimate, beautiful and cosy place to spend time and ensure an amazing customer experience. Everything is done to create a true lifestyle experience, encouraging customers to visit our stores to catch up with friends, relax and grab a coffee, whilst shopping for their next pair of glasses
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can inspire and lead a team and who enjoys working with people to achieve great results
Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key responsibilities will include:
- developing the turnover of your store
- daily coaching, training and skills’ development of your team
- ensure an amazing in-store customer experience
- analysing sales & KPI to improve your store’s performances
- overseeing store operations
**Your profile**
The key qualities that we look for in our store manager are:
- At least 1 years’ experience as a store manager or lead staff
- A previous experience in the optical industry would be ideal
- Strong organisational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, to grow and manage a in a self-starter environment with endless potential
- Excellent english communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong commercial skills
- Positive mindset and smiley attitude
