**What you DO matters**
- **_You are responsible for supporting customers _**through understanding of their needs and how to respond to them for pricing and sampling to win business.
- **_You are responsible for _**quoting, contracting, basic negotiation, supporting price increase process.
- **_You will translate customer technical requirements _**into a quote and will visit customers occasionally.
- **_You _**_are a strong link between the _**_Customer sales team in Italy and the _**_Technical Team _**you will do regular visits to the Italian office
- **_You _**_are responsible for failure analysis _**and elaborate with others testing plans and support their executions.
- **_You have autonomy and are encouraged _**to improve existing quoting & sampling work flow/procedures/tools.
**Who you ARE matters**
- **_Bachelor _**_or Master in _**_Mechanical Engineering with no experience or a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience _**in a technical environment with CAD design expertise.
- **_Able to listen, work and communicate _**with very diverse audience (operation, technical experts, customers, business leaders).
- **_Creative and collaborative leadership. _**You bring ideas to the table and your interactions with team members leads to fruitful discussions, allowing you to anticipate challenges and identify immediate and future project needs.
- **_Knowledge of CAD software, _**ideally proficient in Solidworks.
- **_Speak both Italian and English_**
