- en gezondheidsvoeding. Door innovatieve concepten te combineren met een flexibel en kwalitatief hoogstaand productieproces bekleden we op dit ogenblik een dominante positie in de markt. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Internal Client and Customs Coordinator (M/V)
Als Internal Client and Customs Coordinator maak je deel uit van het Customer Sales Service team dat dagelijks instaat voor het beheer en een optimale service naar onze internationale klanten. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte orderverwerking en klachtenbehandeling. Je monitort de levertijden en onderneemt gepaste acties waar nodig. Je organiseert alle logistieke activiteiten en stemt deze op elkaar af volgens de behoefte van de klant en de eisen van het land. Gezien het internationale karakter van onze activiteit, sta je in voor het verzamelen van de benodigde documenten voor export zoals analyse-, labo
- en gezondheidscertificaten, paklijsten, etc. Je denkt mee in oplossingen en opent deuren bij onze klanten om te groeien. Vanuit deze functie heb je de kans om met verschillende afdelingen samen te werken zoals sales, operations, supply chain & finance. Je rapporteert aan de Internal Sales Manager.

ouw commerciële spirit in combinatie met je actiegerichtheid en focus op resultaten maken van jou de collega die we zoeken.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in internal sales/customer service bij voorkeur in een internationale setting
- Je hebt kennis van export / douane formaliteiten en regels
- Je bent pragmatisch en hands-on
- Je communiceert helder en maakt duidelijke afspraken in het Nederlands en Engels Kennis van Frans en Duits zijn een plus
- Je kan werken met een ERP systeem, ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is een groot pluspunt
- Je kan je identificeren met onze POWER bedrijfswaarden: ‘Performance, One, Wellbeing, Expertise & Result’ en streeft ernaar deze binnen jouw functie te belichamen
