Our members are public transport authorities and operators, policy decision-makers, research institutes and the public transport supply and service industry.**
We are currently looking for a:
**_DIGITAL Experience Manager_**

MAIN DUTIES

A tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help UITP achieve its business goals, the digital experience manager can set and measure KPIs and ideally will bring her/his experience as business analysts to UITP.

Ultimately, this person should be able to manage and deliver our tools’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements while ensuring the integrity and consistency of the global digital ecosystem of UITP.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seek opportunities for improvement of existing digital tools, keep roadmap for their future updates and suggest new projects.
- Optimize efficient user experience of all UITP digital tools/deliverables including its corporate website
- Advise, collaborate and communicate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital tools/deliverables and ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and work with external web agencies in close cooperation with the IT unit
- Monitors traffic and create reporting procedures for all corporate digital tools and websites to optimize ROI/return on effort and back-up business strategies and decisions.
- Develop support documentation including requirement specifications and be an advocate of the digital mind-set through trainings and internal communication actions.
- Steer the Digital Core Team and make it a valuable asset in the implementation of UITP’s future digital recommendations and strategy.
- Fulfills his/her responsibilities and tasks according to the RISE values of UITP.

**Profile**:

- Degree in communications or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of digital tools, challenges
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Excellent project management and communications skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Fluency in English (written and oral), French and other languages are an asset
