Spare Parts Manager Benelux

Maschio Gaspardo is a global leader in the production of agricultural machinery, with a comprehensive range of implements for soil cultivation, seeding, crop protection, fertilisation, and harvesting. With 2,000 employees worldwide, we recently expanded our operations in the Benelux by opening a new subsidiary in Ham (Tessenderlo region), Belgium. To guarantee fast and efficient service to the farmers using our machines, we manage a **local parts warehouse** and work directly with over 500 independent dealers across Belgium and the Netherlands.

**Position Overview**

To strengthen our after-sales and logistics operations, we are hiring a **Spare Parts Manager**. This key position will ensure efficient parts availability, support to our dealer network, and alignment of stock with the needs of the local farming community.

Reporting to the **Service Manager**, the Spare Parts Manager will coordinate warehouse activities and act as the primary contact for spare parts inquiries from dealers and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide information and support to dealers regarding spare part references and availability.
- Manage incoming parts orders from dealers and customers.
- Pick and prepare parts from the local warehouse for shipment.
- Organize and oversee the dispatch and delivery process.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels to match market requirements and the local machine population.
- Maintain accurate records and parts database.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to forecast demand.
- Travel occasionally to visit dealers or attend technical training in our factories (Italy, Romania, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Fluent in **Dutch, French and English** (spoken and written).
- Solid **technical knowledge of farm machinery** and components.
- Good computer skills; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service minded.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for training or dealer visits.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to grow with the company during this expansion phase.
