Maschio Gaspardo is a global leader in the manufacturing of agricultural machinery, offering a full range of implements for soil cultivation, seeding, crop protection, fertilisation, and harvesting. With over 2,000 employees worldwide, we are expanding our presence in the Benelux with a new subsidiary based in Ham (Tessenderlo region). Supporting a network of over 500 independent dealers across Belgium and the Netherlands, Maschio Gaspardo Benelux is developing a dedicated local team to drive growth and support daily dealer operations.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Back Office Manager** to support our Benelux sales team and serve as a vital link between our factories (in Italy and Romania), our local subsidiary, and our dealer network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process machinery orders from dealers across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Liaise with factories to confirm, track, and ensure timely production and delivery of equipment.
- Control and verify order confirmations, codes, and documentation.
- Organize transport from factories in Italy and Romania, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
- Provide dealers with timely updates and complete documentation.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on any delays or issues.
- Support a team of four field sales representatives with order-related and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes align with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Fluent in **Dutch, French and English** (spoken and written);
- Availability: Immediate or as soon as possible.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in back office operations, logistics, or customer service (preferably in a technical or industrial environment).
- Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage; if not, training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Motivated to learn, develop professionally, and grow with the company.
