**Modalités de la mission**:
Dans le cadre de ses activités, RESA est à la recherche d?un profil administratif opérationnel chargé des relations clients. Il s?agit d?une mission de 7 mois, renouvelable.
Une partie de la mission peut, en concertation avec le responsable, se faire en télétravail mais une présence sur le site de Liège de minimum 4 jours par semaine est obligatoire après une période d?adaptation.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous recherchons un profil administratif opérationnel/ junior Process Analyst disposant d?un profil avec les compétences suivantes:
? Bachelier
? Connaissance de SAP;
? Connaissance et expérience Sharepoint
? Connaissance de Microsoft Office
? Expérience en analyse de processus métier
? Expérience dans l'implémentation de système
? Support aux utilisateurs et onboarding de nouveaux clients
? Excellent relationnel
? Traitement et validation de données
Le consultant attendu apportera des compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problème.
**Missions principales**:
? Onboarding des nouveaux clients
? Analyse de processus métier
? Implémentation de système
? Support aux utilisateurs et onboarding de nouveaux clients
