Wat je gaat doen:
- Je ziet veiligheid als belangrijkste prioriteit en draagt je steentje bij aan een veilige werkomgeving
- 80% van je tijd ga je aan de slag als operationeel medewerker:
- manueel inlegwerk
- opzetwerk
- 20% van je tijd (vnl bij afwezigheid van ploegleider of assistent ploegleider) ga je aan de slag als lijnoperator:
- Je kan de machines van jouw afdeling opstarten, instellen en bijregelen
- Je controleert de verschillende stappen van het productieproces
- Hiervoor krijg je grondige opleidingen van je meestergast, ploegleider en extern
- Je volgt de instructies als de beste, en je kan ook zelf coachen/leiden
- Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem van maandag tot en met vrijdag (5-13u en 13-21u)
Wat wij van je verwachten:
- Je bent hands-on, en in de rol van reserve-assistent een no-nonsense meewerkende lijnoperator
- Je hebt een technische feeling
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en kan verantwoordelijkheid nemen over een lijn waar 2 tot 3 mensen aan werken
