**Votre nouveau rôle**

En tant que Team Assistant, vous avez pour mission d’assurer un support administratif à 9 consultants. Vous êtes responsable du bureau et de la réception (accueil clients, gestion mails/téléphone/courriers, gestion des fournitures, gestion des salles de réunion,). De plus, vous assistez les différents consultants au niveau administratif (gestion des notes de frais, gestion des agendas,). Enfin, vous supportez les collaborateurs dans leurs dossiers (préparation de présentation PowerPoint, gestion des documents, classement, archivage,).

**Profil recherché**
- Vous avez un bachelier en secrétariat de direction, traduction ou équivalent.
- Vous avez déjà minimum une première expérience dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et vous savez prendre des initiatives.
- Vous avez d’excellentes connaissances en anglais et en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
