Bovendien verhuizen wij eind 2026 naar een splinternieuw gebouw Functieomschrijving: Als Office & Operations Assistant in ons internationaal bedrijf ben jij de draaischijf tussen administratie, logistiek en klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen, leveringen en facturen niet alleen kloppen, maar ook vlot én correct verlopen. Je zult deel uitmaken van een jong en enthousiast team dat klaar staat om samen met jou te groeien. Takenpakket: · Orders verwerken en opvolgen in ons ERP systeem (Odoo)· Transporten boeken, leveringen coördineren en douanedocumenten regelen · De logistieke activiteiten bij ontvangst, verzending en levering coördineren en controleren · Facturen opstellen en betalingsopvolging doen · Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen over bestellingen of leveringen · Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en externe contacten · Je beheert kantoorbenodigdheden en volgt bestellingen op · Je ondersteunt collega's en het management op administratief vlak Profiel: · Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels · Kennis van Duits en Frans is een pluspunt · Commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht · Sterk in plannen, communiceren en opvolgen · Nauwkeurig, zorgvuldig en detailgericht. · Stressbestendig · Positieve en proactieve houding · Zelfstandig kunnen werken én flexibel in teamverband kunnen functioneren Wat bieden wij: · Een competitief salaris dat wordt afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring · 20 vakantiedagen + 12 ADV-dagen · Voltijdse functie waarbij een 4/5e optie bespreekbaar is · Maaltijdcheques · Fietsvergoeding · Gsm abonnement · Hospitalisatieverzekering · Groepsverzekering · Je komt terecht in een vlakke, open structuur Bij Machinified krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een jong en dynamisch team.
