**Description de l'annonce**
Pour l'un de nos clients situé à Louvain-la-Neuve, nous recherchons un(e) employé(e) administratif(ve).
- Vous êtes responsable de l'accueil des visiteurs et des coursiers,
- Vous gérez les courriers entrants et sortants,
- Vous gérez la centrale d’appels téléphoniques,
- Vous dispatchez les mails entrants,
- Vous vous occupez de la gestion des salles de réunion (réservation, préparation...),
- Vous gérez le stock des fournitures de bureau,
- Vous êtes la personne de contact, au sein de la société, pour la gestion du bâtiment et de son
- entretien,
- Vous gérez différentes tâches administratives.
**Votre profil**
- Titulaire d’un bachelier à orientation administrative (secrétariat, assistante de direction )
- Excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)
- Dynamique, polyvalente et ayant le sens des responsabilités
- Respect des délais et suivi rigoureux des procédures de l'entreprise
- Soucieux du détail
- Capable de gérer le stress
- Capable de travailler de manière autonome
- Personne organisée et de bonne présentation
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office
