Voor onze productie afdeling Oral Solid Dosages in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we op zoek naar een**:Manager Productie**

De Manager Productie geeft leiding aan een team van operatoren en zorgt ervoor dat de productie efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsvol verloopt rekening houdend met de procedures geldend in de pharmaceutische industrie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Organiseren en opvolgen van je team op basis van de productieplanning;
- Verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en effectieve werkvoorbereiding;
- Managen, ontwikkelen en optimiseren van een team van Operatoren;
- Instaan voor de optimale kwaliteit van de geleverde producten;
- Als lijneigenaar: Opstellen, uitvoeren, en evalueren van verbeteringsdoelen.

- Hogere opleiding in een wetenschappelijk omgeving;
