**Omschrijving**:
Binnen het team zal de medewerker verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer van een deel van de klantenportefeuille voor het beheer van premies in de regio Brussel en Vlaanderen (60 locaties / jaar).
**Jouw taken zullen de volgende zijn**:
- Advies geven over de verschillende bestaande premies en de relevantie van hun toewijzing aan de behoeften van de klanten;
- Opstellen van dossiers voor de verschillende aangevraagde premies en indienen van aanvragen bij de autoriteiten;
- Follow-up van de administratieve procedures met de verschillende gesprekspartners (klanten, overheden, aannemers, architecten, enz.) tot het einde van het project.
**Profiel**
**De vereiste kwaliteiten van de werknemer zijn de volgende**:
- Autonomie en motivatie om bij een jong en ambitieus bedrijf te komen werken
- Inzet en nauwgezetheid
- Interesse in ecologie, vastgoed, de renovatiesector en architectuur;
- Zeer goed Frans en kennis van het Nederlands (spreken en schrijven).
NB: Kennis van renovatie is niet vereist maar wel een pluspunt.
