Internship Front Office

As a **Front Office Intern**, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
In Belgium, Minor Hotels has 12 hotels. These are in Brussels and Flanders. We would like to help students in Hotel and Tourism discover the different facets of this incredibly fun industry. Therefore, we are now looking for several interns for our hotels.
