As a **Portfolio Manager**, you'll be the **creative force **behind seamless and captivating event and audio-visual productions. You won't just **manage issues**; you'll be the go-to person for **solutions, ensuring everything runs like clockwork**. Your role includes **dynamic team** participation, **strategic portfolio planning**, and **providing stakeholders with exciting progress updates.**

**Mission**:

- **Leads problem resolution** and ensures on-track progress of event and audio-visual production preparation and implementation;
- Participates in working groups and progress meetings as member of the TV studio team;
- **Manages portfolio planning** for the business of the TV studio;
- Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders (EC services) involved in TV studio projects;
- Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business / technical / legal requirements of the portfolio

**Position Requirements**:

- Experience in stakeholder outreach, coordination and events.
- Excellent writing skills in **English **and another EU language is an asset.
- Adaptability.
- Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
- Problem-solving attitude and flexible team player.
