We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to ensure our Account Management team continuously provides the highest level of support to our mid-sized customers through an internal sales approach. As our Junior Account Manager at Monizze you will manage your customer portfolio remotely, build strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the employer business unit.

Work closely with management and team leaders to develop strategies that support the growth of both the customer success team and the platform, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
First experience in account management or sales is a plus
Quick to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Team player with an innovative, flexible, and service-oriented mindset.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
