**Functie**:
De IT-afdeling van onze klant beweegt zich als start-up in de organisatie en specialiseert zich in twee domeinen. Enerzijds zijn er de collega’s die zich bezighouden met alles wat met IT-infrastructuur, hardware & software te maken heeft. Zij zorgen voor een stabiele IT-omgeving door pragmatische en snelle service te beiden aan het bedrijf en de kantoren van de zusterbedrijven. Dit steeds met respect voor de bescherming van de persoonsgebonden gegevens - hier is er een plekje vrij Anderzijds zijn er de collega’s die zorgen voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van Connect. Alsook de support bij het CRM- en ERP-systeem dat ze ontwikkelen met als doel de klanttevredenheid te garanderen, de concurrentiele positie verbeteren en een katalysator bieden op groei voor het bedrijf en de omliggende kantoren.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- Je hebt een brede interesse in IT en kan vlot met een verscheidenheid aan softwareprogramma’s werken o.a. Microsoft Active Directory en aanverwanten (zoals bv. MS Intune, MS Autopilot, MS O365 suite,...);
- Je kan met hardware omgaan en zet graag de juiste IT-infrastructuur mee op (zoals bv. Firewall, Access Points, Switches, Printers,...);
- Je bent leergierig en neemt graag een trekkende rol in nieuwe projecten op;
- Je communiceert graag helder, zowel met klanten, collega’s als met programmeurs;
- Je werkt graag proactief, autonoom en hands-on;
- Je kan nauwkeurig, stipt en gestructureerd te werk gaan; Je beschikt over een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands;Frans en/of Engels is een plus, (je durf het in elk geval spreken);
