Market Research Project Manager

The Insights team of AXA Belgium is looking for an enthusiastic Market Research Project Manager.

The Marketing department is tasked with developing a strategy that integrates the needs and behavior of the consumers within the insurance activities of AXA Belgium. This is feasible thanks to, among other things, better quantitative and qualitative knowledge of the consumer, which enables us to develop a product range and solutions that will satisfy our insurance brokers as well as our end customers.

In this context, as Market Research Project Manager, you will be responsible for processing data from the various studies from A to Z. Your tasks are as follows:

- You will assist the team with the development and follow up of Research Projects for the Customer direction of AXA Belgium but also for other departments (Product Management, other Business Units, ).
- You will define the best research methodology (quanti, quali, CAWI, CATI, digital interactions feedback collection ) to answer internal briefing and conduct the research projects from A to Z with the support of external Research agencies.
- From these studies you will identify the key insights that will serve as input for the development of products/services and actions to be undertaken. You are able to present these learnings to various audiences by understanding their daily challenges.
- You will measure, evaluate, and contribute towards the improvement of our activities and initiatives, based on the combination of information from various sources (Voice of the Customers, Voice of the Distributor, quantitative/qualitative or portfolio data).

**Your Profile**
- You hold a degree in economic sciences, marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10 years’ professional experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research in a research agency or in a market research team. Being able to conduct qualitative interviews in NL is a plus.
- Ability to challenge market research offers proposed by agencies : is the methodological approach the best one? are sample sizes strong enough? Are costs in line with market standards? Etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
- Analytical and critical mind-set, ability to do synthetic key notes from Research learnings.
- Able to take initiative, keen to learn in a collaborative mindset with your direct colleagues. You are able to receive objective feedback from your colleagues on your projects and this feeds you to evolve.
- Organized but flexible and willing to change priorities. When urgent requests, you understand the need for quick reaction and collaboration to answer rapidely.
- Empowered mindset : you come with solutions to your manager and communicate efficiently with him/her to align on the next steps. You are not waiting that things move around you, you give the good energy to accelerate when needed.
- Accuracy, precision in your reports.

Your are NL speaker with a good knowledge of English, passive understanding of French.
