**Your Role**

To ensure smooth integration and maintenance of ERP systems within the product companies in Power Technique Business Area, we are looking for an ERP Solutions Lead. In this role you will be in contact with all the different departments of the product companies in the business area.

**Mission**

Your mission will be to lead the integration team towards the successful ERP implementations in the various product companies in Power Technique Business Area. For that you will work closely together with the local project-teams and representatives from all different departments in the different product companies as well as the Business Area IT organization.

**To succeed, you will need**

**Experience requirements**
- Preferably experience as a project leader with proven results leading IT/system implementations and/or change management
- Good understanding of the Way We Do Things within the different departments of a product company.
- Inspirational and supportive people manager, able to motivate and bring a team to results
- Fluent in English and excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Experience with IT systems (ERP, MES, WMS) is a plus - especially SAP
- Good analytical capabilities

**Qualifications**
- Ideally a Masters or University degree in Information Technology or Engineering (although as a minimum bachelor’s) degree or similar through experience

**Location**

Preferably in one of the Power Technique factories, e.g., Aartselaar, Belgium or Rockhill, United States.
