Who are we?

Product compliance and legislations are getting more important for our business and the impact on our products is continuously increasing. For CT we are responsible for the global overview so we can advise and assist the divisions and entities to become compliant.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and committed Program Lead to join the Product Compliance and SHEQ team. You will work together with business stakeholders to understand legislation requirements and challenges. You will document business processes and requirements to meet those challenges. Additionally, you will drive compliance improvement ideas with a focus on scoping, coordinating, planning, launch activities and providing ongoing support.

You report to the VP Compliance & Sustainability
- Follow-up of electrical / environmental standards, legislations and certifications that are applicable to the BA CT worldwide and on the complete product range.
- Create synthesis/guidelines of the imposed standards and legal provisions, for the different product Companies and customer centers.
- Being the point of contact for questions regarding electrical legislation within the BA
- Support the various entities to be able to release the products which conform to the applicable legislation.
- Troubleshooting in case of difficult problems with standards/inspections.
- Managing certificates for local legislation
- Participating in and following up on new developments regarding legislations / standards in the official national and international working groups (Agoria / IEC / CEN /.)
- Raise “red flags” to management whenever compliance with quality or safety principles are at risk.
- Work collaborative with shared resources to develop the SHEQ processes into a modern, professional, and cost-efficient business unit with full customer dedication.
- Setting-up an international network with Company employees at all levels.
- Strong electro-technical background
- Good Knowledge of components with regards to standards and legislations
- Accurately and critical
