Sander. is a Recruitment agency and an HR-Tech start-up. Starting from scratch almost 3 years ago, we now have a team of over 17 people, more than 145 partnerships and an annual growth of 160%. This year alone, we have welcomed 8 people and launched our digital platform.
Our mission is to reinvent the recruitment industry and we are an enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated team with over 10 years of experience. Our areas of development are financial, IT and HRM recruitment.
**Evolution**:
In 2 years you can become an expert manager in your field, with a salary that can increase by 20 K€ Meritocracy is at the heart of our DNA. You will be an actor in your own development. The more you perform, the more you get the salary you deserve
- After 7 to 9 months: Advanced recruiter
- Between 9 to 12 months later: Senior recruiter
- More or less 12 months later become Managing Consultant
**Recruitment Consultant - Function**:
- **360° **Role (clients and talents)
- Management of a client portfolio (meetings, interviews, negotiations)
- Search and selection of talents
- **Make them match **Participate in interviews and negotiate their contracts
- Search for new collaborations and business opportunities
- **Negotiation **of commercial conditions
- Participate to trainings and coachings sessions
**Recruitment Consultant - Profile**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or human resources
- You speak English and Dutch or French
- A first professional experience is a plus
- Eager to learn and communicative
- You are pragmatic, dynamic and willing to do the extra miles in order to evolve
