EQUANS, the new name of ENGIE Solutions in Belgium, in Brussels is looking for a Program Manager Digital Workplace.As Program Manager Digital Workplace you will be responsible for setting up and delivering EQUANS’ modern workplace of the future. You will be responsible for a multi-track project together with Microsoft Consultancy Services. As part of EQUANS’ journey to become an autonomous organization, we are building a new IT operating model, in which we will be working as a global organization to deliver some of our core IT components. As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of Service which will deliver services globally across all business units (24/7).

What will be your role in this multi-track project?

**phase 1**: build the platform together with MCS

migration of Proofpoint to Microsoft Defender for Office 365

implementation of Unified Secure Endpoint for EQUANS and migrate the current workstation fleet

implementation of Defender for Endpoint

implementation of Common Foundations for EQUANS

implementation of EQUANS Entity specifics and assist in migration

migration study of current IAM to Microsoft Modern Identity

**phase 2**: migrate the ecosystem of ~100K users and ~55K workplaces together with the Local/Entity IT teams

You report directly to the EQUANS BELUX CIO, who has a shared responsibility on a local portfolio and the shared line of service Digital Workplace. You work closely together with the group CIO Council and more particular with the group CTO & CISO.

master degree, ideally in computer science

you have at least 10 years of experience in complex IT organization(s)

you have experience in Agile ways of working

proven experience in managing complex program and/or service teams, ideally 24/7

proven experience in working with large outsourcing partners, ideally offshore

strong technical knowledge in mentioned domains (workplace, O365, )

you communicate in a concise but kind way and have good social skills

you are pro-active and you have a problem solving mindset

you are able to work in a fast-paced and very demanding environment

you have a hands-on attitude and are open to tasks outside of the classic task description

you are customer-oriented and you have a learning mentality

you value the team’s success more than you value your personal achievements

you are open for travelling to other regions
