**Je verantwoordelijkheden**:
Als Operations Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor vijf gebieden: people management, operationeel management, performance
- en budgetbeheer, communicatiemanagement en procesmanagement,
- Je begeleidt directe en uitvoerende medewerkers en werknemers om een vast operationeel team te hebben.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de optimale organisatie van operationele activiteiten en je beheert productiviteitsgegevens.
- Je deelt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het operationele budget van de distributiecentrum en beheert zelfstandig bepaalde aspecten van het operationele budget binnen je team op basis van concrete prestatie-indicatoren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de informele en formele communicatie met medewerkers, management, sociale partners, andere afdelingen en externe contacten.
- Je bewaakt de juiste toepassing van alle bestaande bedrijfsprocessen en -ondersteuning. Je ondervraagt ze voortdurend en neemt actief deel aan verbeterprojecten.
**Je profiel**:
- Naast je diploma hoger onderwijs vertrouwen wij op je 5 jaar ervaring in operationeel leiderschap in een logistieke omgeving.
- Je bent bereid om flexibel te werken.
- Je hebt een sterk plannings
- en organisatievermogen.
- Je bent bestand tegen stress.
- Je bent zeer resultaatgericht en zeer communicatief.
- Je stuurt goed op verandering en je slaagt erin om onder andere enthousiasme voor verandering te genereren.
