Belfius Lease Services is op zoek naar een Specialist in Arrear Management. In deze rol krijg je de kans om een grondige kennis van dubieuze dossiers te verwerven en bij te dragen aan het mínimaliseren van risico’s voor onze organisatie, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de klantenrelatie behoudt.

**De job in een notendop**

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- **Identificeren van dubieuze profielen**: Je stelt mogelijke dubieuze profielen op om inzicht te krijgen in de redenen van achterstallige betalingen en om een grondige kennis van deze dossiers te verwerven.
- **Oplossingen afwegen**: In samenspraak met je leidinggevende weeg je mogelijke oplossingen af, rekening houdend met de geldende procedures en normen. Je streeft ernaar het risico voor Belfius Lease zoveel mogelijk te beperken en waar mogelijk de klantenrelatie te behouden.
- **Proactieve benadering van klanten**: Je benadert dubieuze klanten proactief, overtuigt hen van mogelijke oplossingen en begeleidt hen waar mogelijk in hun betalingsproces. Het doel is om tot acties te komen die zowel Belfius Lease als de klant ten goede komen.
- **Uitvoeren en opvolgen van acties**: Je voert de ondernomen acties uit en volgt deze op, rekening houdend met de geldende procedures en normen. Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat de afgesproken acties correct worden nageleefd en zoveel mogelijk middelen efficiënt worden gerecupereerd.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
- Je hebt een analytische geest en bent in staat om complexe situaties te doorgronden.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en in staat om klanten op een overtuigende en klantgerichte manier te benaderen.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt procedures en normen strikt op.
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt in oplossingen.
- Je bent tweetalig NL en FR
- Je hebt minimum een tweetal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
