Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, clarify job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally in an international, complex environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal expertise in writing and verbal communication. Strong networking skills.
- You are proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
- You are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- You can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- You have a thorough understanding and executing of employer branding principles and strategies.
- You can think out of the box and find solutions that drive results, also when facing adversity or delays.
- You are a self-starter taking ownership of goals and objectives.
- You are proficient in English (written and spoken), and one of the following languages: French, Dutch or German.
