Logistics & Warehouse IT Support Pm

**Je verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je zorgt voor een feilloze werking van hard
- en software binnen het Logistiek departement en gaat probleemoplossend te werk om eventuele storingen tot een minimum te beperken.
- Je staat in voor de analyse van de performantie en continue optimalisatie van bestaande logistieke processen en legt deze processen vast in werkmethodes.
- Je werkt mee aan de implementatie van logistieke projecten, onder meer door het uitschrijven van werkprocedures en het maken van analyses. Je staat in voor de testing van de projecten en leidt ook medewerkers op inzake nieuwe tools en werkwijzen, teneinde een vlekkeloze integratie op het terrein te garanderen.
- Je adviseert collega’s inzake regels en procedures bij de kwaliteitscontroles op de vloer en brengt ook deze processen in kaart, door het opmaken van werkmethodes en deelname aan inventarissen.
- Je beheert de rechten van de profielen in Webduam en bewaart een overzicht over de gebruikers van de logistieke applicaties en dit in het kader van SOX- reglementeringen.
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe tools en rapporteringen ter ondersteuning van de logistiek.
**Je profiel**:
- Je bent analytische van geest en bent IT-technisch sterk.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, SAP en de logistieke IT-systemen (WMS).
- Je kent de bestaande logistieke processen binnen de firma grondig.
- Je bent in staat om je eigen taken te organiseren en er zodoende voor te zorgen dat het operationele proces steeds vlot verloopt.
- Je gaat op een constructieve manier in gesprek met alle gesprekspartners.
- Bij onvoorziene omstandigheden neem je initiatief door creatief te zoeken naar oplossingen en dit steeds in samenspraak met de andere teamleden.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
