2 Days a Week Administrative Job Until September

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating of Purchase Orders for all marketing and sales related activities + Ensure invoice payment. (Accounting function will move to central Treasury)
- Various administrative ad hoc tasks when required
- Reception and dispatch of the mails in the different services
- Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Responsible for the BV-Invoices mailbox and related communication
- Handling queries related to invoices received
- Validate invoices and obtain approval for payment for all invoices received
- Place invoices is relevant folders for processing by the finance department
- Obtaining bank proofs for all historic clients as well as new clients
- Purchase Orders
- Creating all purchase orders (in AX) related to Sales and marketing activities
- Obtaining approval from the relevant person in control of the budget before issuing the PO
- Obtaining approval from the requestor before receiving PO’s ready for payment
- Sending a monthly report regarding the activity
- Once validated and approved upload all documents to share point
- Complete Invoice Journals for all transactions (in AX)
- Send report with cash claims to finance for monthly accruals
- Send summary with all support to treasury for payment
- Send summary of all recharges to finance
- Available 2 days a week (not more until September)
- First proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Understanding of office management procedures
- Structured worker, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Precision and confidentiality
- You speak at leaset English and French and Dutch is a great asset
- Proactive & flexible when neededFor our client located in Ixelles, we are urgently looking for a:

Possibility of permanent and full time job from September.A contract of 2 days a week into an international company in the Chemical Sector.
