Great career opportunity for a Finance Business Analyst with ERP implementation experience to join a leading international technology provider that’s moving from AX2012 to MS D365.
The global role will suit a order handling & technically literate Business Analyst with experience of either the Dynamics AX order handling module who will joining an ERP implementation at the very beginning and be involved across the full lifecycle.
**The Opportunity**
Esko is a leading provider of packaging software to clients around the world, enabling them to produce the best packaging for billions of consumers.
Working within Esko’s Business Application Team and based 2 days a week at our Ghent office, this is a standalone BA order handling role, supporting the global transformation to a Digital organization.
The BA interacts between business & IT to lead the change management process for the AX2012\D365 Finance solution and introduce business enhancements, and other value-added feature requests. Day to day the Business Analyst will:
- Input into the Project RFP. Translate business processes & requirements into the AX/365 Finance solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV's or best of breed solutions
- Lead the transformation from legacy systems to the AX/365 Finance Solution and establish a global ERP architecture by integrating Dynamics AX/365 Finance solutions across functional lines globally
- Use business process knowledge to troubleshoot user community issues (~20% of time)

**We’re looking for**
- Must have ERP implementation experience, deep understanding of order handling, be technically literate and have experience in either Dynamics AX or D365 order handling.
- Strong verbal & written communications (fluent English), cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, listening, and influencing skills
- Desire to learn new concepts and take on new challenges
- Experience with CRM and/or BI is useful but not critical
