We aanwerven voor onze klant in Brussel (Neder-Over-Heembeek) een Senior Project Manager op gebied van elektromechanica voor vast contract (geen freelance opdracht).
**Description**:
Om ons team van Neder-Over-Heembeek te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectmanager die gespecialiseerd is op het gebied van elektromechanica. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de uitvoering van de contracten vanaf het begin van het project tot het einde van de garantieperiode.
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de commerciële contacten met de klanten, je neemt deel aan de werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor de opvolging ervan.
- Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van de projecten waarvan je de financiële verantwoordelijkheid draagt
- Je begeleidt de verschillende implementatieteams en de onderaannemers
- Je plant, organiseert en bereid het werk, de menselijke en materiële middelen voor
- Je zorgt voor een goed kwaliteit van de verrichte werkzaamheden
- Je coördineert samen met het studiebureau de verschillende aspecten van de technische studies van de projecten (HT, BT, Verlichting, Ventilatie, GTC, Signalering, pompstation, videobewaking, geluidsinstallatie, telefonie, branddetectie, HVAC, enz...)
- Je respecteert en zorgt ervoor dat de werfteams de veiligheids
- en gezondheidsinstructies opvolgen
Je rapporteert aan onze teamleader tunnels
**Requirements**:
- Je beschikt over een master of bachelor industrieel ingenieur met de optie elektromechanica/ elektriciteit of een master burgerlijk ingenieur
- Je hebt mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring als projectmanager.
- Je toont grote stiptheid en je draagt zorg voor de organisatie
- Je bent klantgericht en je hebt een goede analytische geest
- Je bent stressbestendig en je hebt goede teamspirit.
- Je bent goed tweetalig NL/FR
- Je staat open voor occasioneel nachtwerk
- Je beheerst MS office (Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint, etc...)
- Een kennis van overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt.
