**Implementation Manager -ESXC-IIE

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:
- Three or more years of proven experience as a technical lead in the implementation, operation and/or management of IT infrastructure of a medium or large Enterprise, system integrator or organization
- Three or more years leading a small team of implementation engineers
- Excellent experience in designing, implementing, operating VMWare infrastructure including, ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vRealize and VMWare update services
- Excellent experience in designing, implementing, operating data storage technologies including iSCSI, FC SANs and Tape Backup
- Excellent experience with designing and implementing VEEAM Backup and replication solutions
- Excellent experience implementing Microsoft server, SQL and Exchange products (releases 2012-2016)
- Excellent experience of implementing DNS, DHCP and Active Directory
- Experience with designing and integrating cyber security solutions available for CIS infrastructures
- Good experience of implementing LAN switching solutions.
- Good customer management skills
- Good documentation skills
- IT certifications: VCP
- Car Driving license B
**DUTIES/ROLE**:
- The contractor, under the direction of the NCIA IT Infrastructure Team Lead in The Hague, Netherlands, will assist the IT Infrastructure Engineering team to specify, engineer and implement IT solutions for various projects
- Design network, server and storage hardware and software solutions for use in the IT infrastructure
- Provide proposals and designs to improve availability and continuity for IT Datacentres
- Design IT solutions for business continuity requirements
- Install and integrate network, server, storage hardware and software used in the IT infrastructure
- Perform hardware, software refreshes and data migrations
- Assess and implement security configurations and hardening of IT infrastructure
- Provide documented designs and configurations of IT infrastructure
- Occasional travel to other NATO locations in Europe to perform his/her duties
- Other duties as required
