**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Als inhouse consultant spits je jou toe op één klant: Aviapartner. Wij ondersteunen hen inzake rekrutering / talent acquisition, onboarding, contractopmaak, en zo veel meer. Je gaat (met hulp uiteraard) de volledige rekruteringsflow en opvolging hiervan ter harte te nemen. Wat betekent dit concreet?
- Je fungeert als communicatielijn tussen Aviapartner en de uitzendkrachten betreffende planning, verlof, ziekte, etc,...
- Het rekruteringsproces (van searchen tot contractopmaak) en geven van infosessies zal een groot deel van jouw takenpakket zijn.
- Je zorgt voor de inplanning van de uitzendkrachten voor de verschillende shiften.
- Je bereidt nieuwe uitzendkrachten voor door hen te voorzien van gepaste kledij en de gedrags
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
- Beantwoorden van vragen inzake vakantie, loon, etc,... van uitzendkrachten.
- Tenslotte zijn er geregeld overlegmomenten met de klant zodat alles in goede banen loopt (of vliegt).
**Wat zoeken we?**:
Herken je jezelf hierin?
- Een opleiding gevolgd binnen Human Resources, Communicatiewetenschappen, Sociaal Werk,..? Ideaal Heb je een andere achtergrond? Ook geen probleem, wij leiden je volledig op
- Je bent een multitasker in hart en nieren en weet je flexibel op te stellen.
- Als HR recruiter ben je van nature een communicatief persoon en je wil klantgericht werken.
- Je kan jou goed vinden in een arbeidersomgeving en schrikt er niet van terug om contacten te onderhouden met de verschillende teamleaders.
- Je beschikt over eigen vervoer en een rijbewijs B.
