**Project Description and Responsibilities**:
With our strategic initiatives and our business strategy, we have clear and challenging ambitions for the future.

To support this growth, you will drive, oversee, and implement significant procurement projects. You will work in collaboration with internal stakeholders, understanding their business needs, challenging them when necessary, and delivering substantial added value to the organization.

In this role, you will:

- Operate in a regional setting, with projects that may span several countries or be global.
- Focus on MIG-related projects.
- Align closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential optimizations and initiatives for improving processes and efficiency.

**Primary Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Set project strategy: define scope, milestones, deliverables, team requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to gain consensus on the project strategy.
- Present the project strategy to your hierarchy and, where required, to the program Steerco.
- Interact with different departments.
- Ensure proper implementation of tools, processes, and standards throughout the project.
- Manage external resources allocated to projects, ensuring adequate mobilization.
- Resolve issues and proactively manage risk.
- Deliver on schedule and cost objectives, regularly reporting status on project variance and schedule risks.
- Maintain a clear overview of project requirements.
- Document all project decisions as per corporate guidelines.
- Drive for strong process improvements in operations.
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors on-site, analyze potential risks, and recommend actions to mitigate problems.

**Technical Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in project management in an international environment.
- **Must Have**: Profound knowledge of the **MIG**.

**Language**:
Be fluent in French and Dutch, and have a sound knowledge of English.
