**The role**
As a Business Development Representative, you're together with the Business Development Team, always on the hunt for new leads, and will take the first step into a lasting relationship with potential customers. Within the team, you are the go-to person for pitching the value of our product to leads, with the ultimate goal of creating a strong pipeline. **Your responsibilities**
- To have the first contact with potential customers through various (social media) channels and cold calling;
- To present our platform to prospects;
- To manage these leads in Zoho, our CRM system;
- To look into the needs of the customers and advice on fitting products;
- To support the Business Development Managers on (big) prospects;
- To build a long-term relationship with our customers;
- To plan meetings between customers and the Business Development Manager and help create sales plans.
- You work and think at a **Bachelor's** level;
- You live near **Antwerp** or can easily commute;
- You have a maximum of** 2 years of work experience** in a similar role;
- Your command of the **Dutch and English** language in both word and writing is, if you say so yourself, excellent; **French** is a nice to have;
- You have strong **organisational skills** with a **problem-solving** approach;
- You are **enterprising** and **commercially** minded;
- You have an affinity with the **(live) entertainment sector**;
- Last but not least: You are a **top-notch ping-pong** player.
