We are looking for an IT Technician.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain and complete appropriate records for incident resolution
- Work with end users to identify technology needs that will help streamline their business processes

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Low code
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Servicenow
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
- Fluent in French and dutch
