Als **Commercial Support medewerker** ondersteun je de Sales Teams binnen de Telenet Business SME Markt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor administratieve en communicatieve ondersteuning, met een focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid.

**Belangrijkste taken**:

- Connectiviteitschecks uitvoeren op het Telenet-netwerk (DSL en mobiel)
- Opstellen van documenten: offertes, bestellingen, wijzigingen
- Orders uploaden na nauwkeurige validatie
- Escalaties opvolgen en bruggen bouwen met andere afdelingen
- Rechten aanvragen voor nieuwe medewerkers van partners
- Klantcontact bij wijzigingen aan actieve producten
- Administratieve opvolging van mailbox en ondersteuning van accountmanagers

Wij zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

- Enkele jaren ervaring als administratief medewerker
- Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
- Assertief en constructief kritisch
- Initiatiefnemer en oplossingsgericht
- Teamplayer met flexibiliteit
- Sterk logisch redeneervermogen
- Degelijke kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Technische interesse is een plus
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office (vooral Excel) en algemene computerervaring

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die analytisch en empathisch is.
Je past in een open feedbackcultuur en hebt geen competitieve ingesteldheid, maar bent gericht op samenwerking.

**Wat bieden wij?**

Een werkomgeving waar je 2 dagen per week in Mechelen werkt en 3 dagen thuis. Je komt terecht in een team van 8 personen met een joviale sfeer. Er zijn geen sales-KPI’s, maar de focus ligt op kwaliteit en samenwerking. Daarnaast zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een groot netwerk.
