**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS**
- Content migration support: Developing and executing migration plans, coordinating with content owners, and ensuring the successful transfer of content to the K4P platform (Drupal).
- Requirements analysis: Gathering and analysing user feedback and requirements and providing recommendations for platform improvements and new features.
- Collaboration with development team: Working closely with the K4P development team to prioritize and implement new features and functionalities, and to resolve technical issues.
- Technical support: Providing first-line technical support to K4P users, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- User training and support: Developing and delivering training materials, user manuals, and guides to support K4P users, and providing ongoing technical assistance and guidance.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:_
- Very good knowledge of content management systems, in particular Drupal
- Experience in business analysis and technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences (users, developers, and other stakeholders), leveraging M365 collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint Online
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
