This Veeva CRM expert need to be able to do project analysis and work with business stakeholder in order to identify how we can adapt Veeva CRM to the need of the company.
- He/she will need to lead Veeva CRM & Commercial technology project (example: CRM new features projects such as event management, Update in CRM to adapt our needs for launches, evolution of operating model).
- He/she will need to contribute help us shape the evolution of our CRM (as we will need to migrate to another CRM in the coming year and some assessment) therefore experience with other pharma CRM is helpful. Experience in CRM migrations is needed.
- IT partner to the company business operation team as well as IT stakeholder translating business need into technical solutions.
- Help guide the development team to provide a great product for our stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize with the business the phasing of this project.
In this job you will:
- Bridge between Veeva knowledge & the company need to find right solutions.
- Project Delivery (planning & coordinate external development vendor, coordination).
- Business requirements gathering (process definition, requirement documentation) - documentation (functional specification)
- Application support
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor
CERTIFICATION:
**Veeva CRM certification (MUST)**: system admin or configuration level
- Salesforce CRM (Nice to have)
- Veeva Vault (preferred)
Experiences:
CRM system admin experience (technical expertise and functional expertise)
- Project management skills - Business analyses
- Can help in shaping our CRM strategy
- At least _10 years_ in Pharma
- At least _10 years_ in CRM
Competences:
1) Organized & well structured
2) Can do both Project manager & Business analyst
3) Stakeholder management (focus on priorities, scoping where needed)
4) IT context (be able to manage architecture, integrations, Dev-Acc-Prod, UAT & IT standard processes
