**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Works within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile team.
- Typically supervises several business analysts.
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the programme/project.
- Interacts and validates requirements with the business and stakeholders
- Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain (see skills).
- Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment.
- Creates user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint.
- Is involved in the decision-making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints.
- Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM).
- Participates to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Reviews deliverable and demonstrable product functionalities.
- Organizes live demonstration of the product.
- Facilitates the acceptance of the product by the business.
- Assists with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information.
- Assists with prioritization and resolution of issues.
- May perform the role of Scrum master
**Requirements**:
What will you need to succeed in this position?
- A Master's degree and at least 15 years of relevant work experience
- At least 10 years experience with management of large IT portfolio organisation(s)
- At least 5 years experience in programme management
- At least 5 years experience in defining, implementing and follow up of IT governance processes, procedures and standards
- At least 15 years experience in Customisation and implementation of project/programme/portfolio management methodologies
- At least 5 years experience in IT portfolio reporting
- At least 10 years experience in Agile project management
- At least 10 years experience with agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
- At least 10 years experience with Application Management Lifecycle.
- At least 10 years experience with large, enterprise-level multiuser trans-national information systems
- A good level of English is required (C2). French level B2 will be an advantage.
Optional:
- Good knowledge of the Food Sustainability and Food Safety Supply Chain
- Good knowledge of Public Health
Mandatory certifications:
- (one of the below):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO),
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO),
- SAFe Product Owner or equivalent.
- Project management certification such as PMI, Prince2, PM² or equivalent
- Certified Scrum master
