**Product Owner**:

At Greenomy, our mission is to accelerate the global transition to a sustainable economy. We want to empower companies and financial services to measure, analyze, plan and execute their sustainability objectives while enabling them to efficiently & effectively comply with regulations.

**Product Owner duties and responsibilities**:

- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Manage and deliver on clients’ needs and expectations regarding products functionalities
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Support product vision definition, road-map and growth opportunities
- Search for third-party data provider solution to the product
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow industry developments
- Keep track of new EU Taxonomy and related legislation developments assess their impact (and mitigations) on the product
**Product Owner requirements and qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge in sustainability/ESG topics and the EU Taxonomy regulation
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 3-5 year(s)
- MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or similar relevant field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with both Greenomy's team and clients
- Ability to self-manage and handle stress at work
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Fluent written & spoken English (C1 level), French and/other languages is a plus
