**Over de organisatie**
Onze klant is een moderne concessie uit Mechelen en een bekende speler in de automotive sector. Je komt als Sales Advisor terecht in een leuke werkomgeving met werkuren tussen 9 uur en 18 uur, waar je 40 uren per week werkt. Hierdoor heb je jaarlijks recht op 32 verlofdagen
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als B2C Lease Consultant Used Cars ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks contact met particuliere klanten, zowel bestaande als potentiële. Je werkt nauw samen met het verkoopteam binnen een dealernetwerk en overlegt regelmatig om de verkoopvolumes van tweedehandswagens te verhogen. Jouw taken:
- Je controleert Private Lease voorstellen die via de online calculator zijn aangemaakt op correctheid en volledigheid.
- Je stelt zelf leasevoorstellen op voor voertuigen die niet via de calculator kunnen worden berekend.
- Je bereidt kredietdossiers voor en volgt deze op voor klanten en prospecten.
- Je communiceert regelmatig met klanten over de status van hun dossier.
- Je informeert klanten over de voortgang tussen het ondertekenen van het leasecontract en de aflevering van de wagen.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van B2C-klanten, zet deze intern uit en koppelt professioneel terug.
- Je volgt de aflevering en ingebruikname van voertuigen kort op om een vlotte aansluiting met de facturatie te garanderen.
- Je bereidt “vervaldaglijsten” voor om de rijdende vloot correct te herberekenen op de verjaardag van de wagen.
- Je volgt voertuigen op die het einde van hun leasecontract naderen, met het oog op maximale herhaalverkoop.
- Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader B2C over prestaties, succesratio’s en promotionele acties.
- Je ondersteunt collega’s in dezelfde functie en biedt hulp aan de sales force binnen het dealernetwerk.
**Jouw profiel**
Als Lease Consultant beschik je over een diploma secundair onderwijs en kan dit aanvullen met enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een administratieve of commerciële rol. Je bent vertrouwd met het MS Office-pakket en beweegt je vlot in een digitale werkomgeving.Communicatief sta je sterk: je drukt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uit in het Nederlands én het Frans. Je hebt een klantgerichte houding en weet goed in te spelen op de behoeften van de klant.Daarnaast werk je zelfstandig en neem je initiatief waar nodig, maar je functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een teamcontext.
