Zoom on the job:manage and develop sales pipeline from A to Zidentify, assess and negotiate project opportunitiessuggest and challenge technical designs in close interaction with realization teams, tendering team, engineering offices and other consultantsrun financial business models and offersprepare and present commercial offers, lead commercial negotiationsshare and learn: lead the development of new business models and solutions by building on the expertise of various departments and external partnersimplement the new solutions and standardize them for deploymentbuild a strong cooperation with the operational managers & teams in order to achieve the P&L objectives together as a team Profile Come as you are, ideally with:bachelor degree or commercial degree with a good technical understandingat least 3 years of experience in the field of business development, sales and commercial developments and pro-active huntingproven track record of successful project management (planning, managing processes,…) and ability to coordinate different stakeholdersproven track record of closing transactions is a strong assetgenuine curiosity and interest in E-Mobility, sustainability and energy transition“let’s do it” mentality, with strong positive attitudecommercial drive and passion for customers – how to delight them, how to help themexcellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectives and tasksfluency in English, Dutch and French Offer Want to tackle tomorrow’s multi-technical challenges with us?At Equans, you find an exciting career within a stable and financially sound company.
