Production Manager

The Production Manager operates in close collaboration with the Industrial Manager.
Their key responsibilities are to:

- Ensure the safety of their team and anyone working in the production workshops.
- Guarantee the implementation and compliance of the quality management system.
- Ensure adherence to the production plan in order to deliver to customers on time and in the required quantities.
- Contribute to production progress reporting and data traceability.
- Manage and develop the team, consisting of several production team leaders and around fifty operators.
- Serve as the main point of contact between departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Purchasing, Sales, Industrialization, and the Design Office.
- Analyze and improve the assembly processes of mechanical, electronic, and pyrotechnic components.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and a high affinity for continuous improvement methods (5S, TPM, Visual Management, VSM, etc.).

**Your Profile**:

- Industrial-level education or minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of industrial experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the defense or aerospace sector is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- High awareness of workplace safety.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Excellent personnel management skills, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- Ability to solve complex technical problems to restore production operations quickly.
- Lead and manage teams effectively.
- Optimize production planning across various assembly lines using relevant data and constraints.
- Contribute to implementing improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
- Proficient in IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems).
