- Klanten die binnenkomen voor een onderhoud of herstelling, zal jij verwelkomen. Bij technische vragen kan je de klant verderhelpen;
- Je maakt een planning op waarbij je rekening houdt met de klant, met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de beschikbare onderdelen. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats;
- Door jouw proactiviteit zijn de klanten steeds op de hoogte van de voortgang van de werken en eventuele wijzigingen;
- De klantendossiers worden door jou correct opgevolgd;
- Bij de teruggave van de wagen van de klant, overleg je met hem de uitgevoerde werken en de daarbij horende factuur. Mochten hier bijkomende issues zijn ga je hier professioneel mee om;
- Je streeft elke dag opnieuw naar een uitstekende klantentevredenheid en bouwt een langetermijnrelatie op met je klant.
- Je bent een geïnteresseerde autoliefhebber, die graag meer te weten komt op het vlak van autotechnieken. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is zeker een plus;
- Iemand die tot het uiterste gaat voor een hoge score op klant
- en servicegerichtheid. Je bent een echte ambassadeur van BMW;
- Een gezonde dosis administratief werk schrikt je niet af en je bent bovendien organisatorisch aangelegd;
- Een vlot persoon, die zowel zelfstandig als in groep goed functioneert;
- Iemand die geen problemen, maar oplossingen ziet. Je weet van aanpakken;
- Een collega die bij de woorden “communicatief”, “stressbestendig” en “flexibel” spontaan aan zichzelf denkt;
- Een communicatieve collega, die zich perfect kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans.
