Bijstaan van de directie bij algemene administratieve taken:

- receptie: onthaal van 8 personen maximaal per dag en follow-up;
- verkoop: commerciële contacten met bedrijven, retailers en corporate klanten;
- marketing: promotie maken via sociale media en andere kanalen;
- je kan de directie vervangen bij afwezigheid en kan na verloop van tijd beslissingen nemen;
Je komt terecht in een klein team, dat instaat voor een hotel met 8 suites, en verhuur van kantoorruimtes;

**Profil**:

- je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen: nette kleding en klassevol voorkomen
- je bent vriendelijk, klant
- en resultaatsgericht (service-industrie)
- je erkent het belang van dienstverlening en bent 100% service-minded;
- je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen, en Cubilis;
- je hebt een passie voor een steeds vernieuwende dienstverlening; je helpt dus mee creëren;
- je bent plichtsbewust.
