**Description**
- You are the first point of contact for customers with questions about daily banking, loans and investments
- You follow up the customer files
- You detect commercial opportunities and you play an important role in prospecting and attracting new clients
- You take care of the daily operation of the office
**What do we expect from you?**
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in Finance and Insurance or a Master preferably in an economic field
- A first experience in a similar function is an asset
- You have the required bank certificates or you are willing to follow training to get them (requirement)
- You work proactively and independently
- You stay up-to-date regarding the evolution of the banking products
- You earn the customers’ trust and build a long-term relationship with them.
