Within our bank's branches, the Invest Advisor advises clients by taking an appropriate tax approach and creating a customized investment plan, while paying attention to their needs in other areas.

To strengthen their teams, we are currently looking for an Invest Advisor for the province of Antwerp. You will work from 1 of the offices in the region, depending on where you live.
**Description**
- In a commercial office you are mainly responsible for the Invest part of the clients
- You are the main reference for the colleagues of your entity in terms of tax approach and investments
- You organize conversations with your clients through various channels in order to proactively equip them completely in the four domains
- The quality of service and client satisfaction are central to your efforts
- You work with the various entities of the bank to best meet the needs of your clients and refer them to the appropriate service if necessary

**Profile**
- You have a higher education degree or experience in customer management
- You communicate fluently. You enjoy making contacts, building a network of relationships and working as part of a team
- You position yourself as a financial partner of our customers
- You respond calmly to customer inquiries or complaints and you keep your promises
- You are familiar with new technologies and digital tools
- You are fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of a second language is a plus
